Anna Paulina Luna laid out what the CIA has actually admitted to: 20 years of LSD experiments, electroshock, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and psychological torture on unwitting Americans including hospital patients, prisoners, and veterans. CIA Director Richard Helms personally ordered 152 boxes of MK Ultra files burned in 1973 as he left office. Only one box survived. Then a former CIA officer testified under oath: "I don't believe the research stopped." Luna flew to Germany the next day to meet with parliament and try to locate victims "buried there at the hand of the US government."
