His reasoning: the powers that be know the word "demon" would cause a complete societal collapse — religion, identity, everything people have built their worldview around. So they'll slowly roll out "aliens" instead, because aliens are digestible. Fallen angels are not. Jeremy's response: "That's a pretty crazy conspiracy, Jake." Jake: "I know. It's just my gut."
