On September 1, 2015, ground surveillance radar at the Pantex Plant — America's primary nuclear weapons assembly and disassembly facility near Amarillo, Texas — detected an unidentified object moving north at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The facility went into lockdown. Security gates sealed. Patrols repositioned. Two officers chased it by vehicle for miles. What they described: diamond-shaped, rounded at the top, about four feet tall, two feet wide at the base, completely silent, no visible propulsion. Color reports varied from black to silver to red to blue. The object accelerated and changed direction when the officers got close. They lost it when the road ended. Video was sent to Sandia National Laboratories for enhanced analysis. This just became public in PURSUE Release 4.
