The former Brazilian Minister of Defense confirmed publicly for the first time that in January 1996, a living non-human being was loaded into a police cruiser, transported to a hospital, and subsequently handed over to the US military. The officer who transported it was dead within three weeks. His widow was denied his death certificate and his medical records were seized by the Brazilian army the day after he died.
