Buried inside PURSUE Release 4 — the same batch as the Pantex nuclear plant UAP and the Yellow Sea footage — is a 1954 memorandum about the Avro Project Y2, a joint US-Canadian near-circular VTOL aircraft that was literally designed to look like a flying saucer. The memo explicitly states that this aircraft "may be mistaken for UFOs to observers unfamiliar with such technologies." It then recommends that UAP reports near Soviet military operations be re-examined in case they're actually this plane.
