JULY IS HERE!!! And with it comes an entire month of our coverage of the small town in western Wisconsin that has been plagued by UFOs and lights in the skies since at least 1956. In our first ever installment in our "Chronicles" series, we introduce the concept as a title for topics that we will be close with and consistent in updates and our reporting.
